Services
Individual therapy sessions take place on a weekly basis and last for 50-minutes. Integrative therapy sessions are available in person to anyone over the age of 16.
Relationship therapy sessions occur on a fortnightly basis and last for 60 minutes.
Both types of sessions are available online or in person from my office in central Glasgow (close to Glasgow Central Station).
I am currently in training to become a clinical supervisor through COSCA and the Glasgow Council on Alcohol in Glasgow and am offering free 6 hours of clinical supervision until I qualify.
From February 2026 I will be offering supervision to arts therapists and other modalities who would like additional support. Please be advised that each supervisee must have a primary supervisor be place while I am in training.
Restorative practice support sessions are available for those working in the helping professions who wish to explore how their role impacts their wellbeing but do not need regular therapy.
These sessions are available on a monthly basis and last between 60 to 90 minutes. The length of these session would be agreed upon following a consultation and fees would be charged pro rata of the therapy fee rate.

For weekly individual therapy sessions, I offer two rates are offered: a standard rate of £83 and a community care rate of £100. The community care rate allows me to offer a couple of greatly reduced rates for those who would be unable to access therapy otherwise.
The community care rate is only for those with the financial means to afford this and who wish to support. There is no need to share any reasoning or evidence as to which rate is right for you and you will not be asked to provide any justification when asked to chose a rate.
Relationship therapy sessions are charged at £100 per 60 minute session.
Supervision sessions for therapists, counsellors, and mental health practioners are free while I am in training and will be charged at £80 per 60-minute session thereafter.
Fees are paid by bank transfer prior to each session beginning, and, are reviewed and may be increased annually. Please note that there is a seven-day cancellation policy. Cancellations within this notice period will incur a fee.

Please note that I do not keep a waiting list when I have no space available. As the therapy is not time limited, there is no way to predict when space will become available. As it can be a long period before a suitable space becomes available, I find its better if people look elsewhere when no space is available as they will need space a lot sooner than a suitable space becomes available.

In-person therapy and supervision sessions are available from my office located in the Baltic Chambers on Wellington Street in Glasgow. The building is a short distance from Glasgow Central train station, and, is accessible for wheelchair users. Online therapy and supervision sessions are available using Zoom.
