Services
Individual therapy sessions take place on a weekly basis and last for 50-minutes. Integrative Art and EMDR therapy sessions are available online and in-person for people of over the age of 16.
Relationship therapy sessions occur on a fortnightly basis and last for 60 to 90 minutes. These are suitable for couples, and, family members looking to improve relationship dynamics.
I am currently completing training to become a clinical supervisor through COSCA and Murray's Initiative in Glasgow and will qualify in the autumn of 2026.
From Sep/Oct 2026 I will be offering long term and one-off supervision sessions to arts therapists and other modalities providing it meets the requirements of the practitioner's professional body.
I use the Hawkins and Shohet 7-eyed model of supervision and am happy to offer both online or in person supervision.
Restorative practice support sessions are available for those working in the helping professions who wish to explore how their role impacts their wellbeing but do not need regular therapy.
These sessions are available on a monthly basis and last between 60 to 90 minutes. The length of these session would be agreed upon following a consultation and fees would be charged pro rata of the therapy fee rate.

For weekly individual therapy sessions, two rates are offered: a standard rate of £85 and a community care rate of £100.
Relationship therapy sessions are charged at a standard rate of £100 per 60 minute session.
Supervision sessions for therapists, counsellors, and mental health practioners are charged at £80 per 60-minute session.
All fees are paid by bank transfer prior to each session beginning, and, are reviewed/increased annually.
There is a seven-day cancellation policy when paying per session. Cancellations within this notice period will incur a fee.

Please note that I do not keep a waiting list or hold consultations when no therapy spaces are available.


In-person therapy and supervision sessions are available from my office located in the Baltic Chambers on Wellington Street in Glasgow. The building is a short distance from Glasgow Central train station, and, is accessible for wheelchair users.
Online therapy and supervision sessions are available using Proton Meet.
