Practicalities: services, fees, and, availability
Integrative Therapy Sessions
Integrative individual therapy sessions are available for anyone over th age of 12, though please be advised that EMDR is only availabel for adults. Sessions last for 50 minutes and take place on usually on a weekly basis, either in-person or online.
For clients under the age of 18, parents/carers are required to meet with me first and then attend regular appointments in addition to the young person's sessions.
Restorative Practice Sessions
Restorative practice sessions are available for those working in the helping professions who wish to explore how their role impacts their emotional wellbeing but do not feel they need regular therapy.
Restorative practise sessions are available on a monthly basis, either in-person or online, and, last between one to two hours. The length of these session would be agreed upon following an intital consultation and depend availability. Fees are be charged pro rata of the standard therapy fee rate.
Workshops and Training
I deliver interactive workshops on a variety of topics such as working with dissociation, shame, and, acieving sagety abd stabilisation. Please email me if you would like to enquire about delivering a workshop for your organisation.
Location and Availability
I run an in-person private therapy practice from an office located on Wellington Street in Glasgow. The building is accessible for wheelchair users and is close to Central Station.
Online sessions are avaliable using Zoom for to adults and adolescents over the age of 14.
The current working days in private practice are Mondays, Tuesdays, and, Fridays. Sessions times start between the hours 10am and 4.30pm. Please note I do not offer evening or weekend sessions.
I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation to establish whether we would be a good fit working together.
Upcoming availability:
One fortnightly space available in May on Tuesdays at 1.30pm.
As of the dtart of July, daytime weekly spaces will be available on Thursdays.
Fees
All therapy sessions are charged at £80 per 50-minute session and are paid by bank transfer prior to a session beginning.
Please note that there is a seven-day cancellation policy. Cancellations within this notice period will incur a fee.
Fees are reviewed annually and may be increased.
