Availability

Upcoming availability:

As of July 2025, a few spaces will be available on different afternoons.

Sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and, start between the times of 10am and 4.30pm.

With each person's circumstances being unique, frequency of attendance in therapy depends on each person's circumstances. Therapy is a commitment and so most individual therapy spaces are held at a weekly frequency.

As a general guide, below are some pointers to help determine what frequency might work best:

• Weekly session offer the consistency needed to support people looking to work through trauma or grief; those who are feeling overwhelmed and need support with managing distress; those who need consistency to work to manage life transitions; and, for those working through difficult and complex difficulties.

• Fortnightly sessions may work well for those who feel they are already relatively emotionally regulated and do not experience immediate and overwhelming distress in their day to day life; those who are working on building routines and practicing goals; whose who have limited time/budget but are able to commit to regular homework; and, those who feel that more practice/reflection time in between sessions would suit them best.

Location

In-person therapy sessions are available from my office located on Wellington Street in Glasgow. The building is accessible for wheelchair users and is close to Central Station.

Online sessions are available using Zoom for adults and adolescents over the age of 14.

For clients under the age of 14, weekly sessions are held in person only, with 3pm being the latest start time in the day. Parents and carers are advised that they would be required to stay in the building while the child/young person is having each session and are usually required to hold separate review sessions in additional the client's sessions.
